Test Administration

The American Councils administers tests under contract for a variety of professional and educational clients in Eurasia. The American Councils has full-time trained staff for test registration, security and administration and may be contracted for regular testing or individual test events in any of the countries where it operates. American Councils administers both computer-based testing centers and pencil- and-paper testing in Russia, the Western Newly Independent States, Central Asia and the Caucasus.
