The American Council of Teachers of Russian is committed to providing a harassment-free environment in all of its meetings, activities, professional fora and communications, whether in-person or digital. The organization will not tolerate harassment in any form of our members or participants in ACTR programs, publications, or activities.

All members and participants in ACTR programs, publications, and activities are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, collegiality, and mutual respect, creating an environment where all individuals are treated with fairness, dignity, and courtesy. Failure to meet these expectations may result in exclusion from ACTR activities and/or termination of membership.
